WHAT IS COACHING?

Coaching is defined by the International Coach Federation (ICF) as "partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential".

The coaching relationship is based on the premise that you are open to candid self-assessment, honest communication, and that you are focused on increasing your effectiveness professionally and personally.

LEADERSHIP COACHING

Leadership Coaching uses skilled inquiry and deep listening to allow you to develop your goals, dive into business successes, or evaluate changes in your life or profession. Our conversations may include clarifying values, brainstorming ideas, developing plans of action, asking powerful questions, and empowering you to elicit the wisdom and skills that you already possess. This journey is about identifying what you want and building a path towards it.

EXECUTIVE COACHING

Executive Coaching will focus on how to leverage your strengths, increase your awareness and step into a place of curiosity to explore avenues for growth. Leadership is not just about what you accomplish but also about the impact you have on your organization and through the relationships that you build with your team.

WHERE TO BEGIN

To begin one-on-one Executive Coaching or Life Coaching, we will schedule a connection call.  This meeting gives us the opportunity to meet and to talk about your interest in coaching. If we agree to move forward, then I will send you a questionnaire to get to know you better and a coaching agreement.

The next step is to schedule a one-hour discovery session to gain clarity on where you are today, to dive into your goals for coaching, and create your vision for the future.

Coaching sessions are typically scheduled for one hour in duration, twice per month for a minimum of three months. Shorter and longer sessions, as well as packages, are also available.
